The (illegal) online swap meet Pirate Bay, which is currently going through appeal proceedings in Sweden, is back on the net. After an odyssee which took the torrent tracker even to the Ucraine, it has found a new provider and a safe haven in a former NATO bunker in the south of the Netherlands. Now not even a nuclear war nor an attack with electronic jammers will keep Pirate Bay from shutting down, as their servers are protected by meter-thick concrete walls, in the city Kloetinge in the southern Netherlands.
